We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. Preparing for a Return: Please return the returned item along with all packaging materials to ensure its safety. Write the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the outside of the package to ensure a smooth return process.
Shipping: You may use a courier of your choice for returns, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. - Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. After receiving the returned item, you can place a new order for the item you wish to exchange, and a refund will be processed after review. - Refund Processing Time
